  • CalmPath Mental Health offers comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, diagnostic assessment, and ongoing follow-up care for children, adolescents, and adults. Clinical areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, PTSD, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders.

  • CalmPath primarily provides medication management and supportive psychoeducation. If therapy is clinically recommended, we assist with referrals to trusted local and telehealth therapists.

  • We currently offer telehealth appointments throughout Illinois and limited in-office appointments at:

  • Insurance acceptance is pending. CalmPath Mental Health currently offers cash-based/self-pay services.
    Payments are due at the time of service. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement. Benefits and patient responsibility vary by plan.

    Yes, mental health services are typically eligible expenses under HSA/FSA accounts.

    Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes. Payment plans may be available depending on service type. Contact us to discuss options.

  • Use the “Schedule Appointment” button on the website or call our office. New and returning clients can access online booking 24/7.

  • We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50–$100 fee, depending on appointment type.

  • Most clients are seen every 4–6 weeks, depending on stability and clinical needs. Some conditions may require more frequent visits during treatment adjustments.

  • Yes, when clinically appropriate and after full assessment. This may include stimulants for ADHD or certain medications for anxiety and sleep. We follow strict state and federal guidelines.

  • No. Early refills cannot be provided unless there is a documented clinical reason. Lost or stolen medication cannot be replaced.

  • Refill requests should be submitted through your patient portal or at scheduled appointments. Most refills require follow-up every 4–6 weeks.

  • Appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. You will receive a link before your appointment.

  • No. We can only treat clients who are physically located in Illinois at the time of the appointment.
